Divine Service
Sunday worship at St. Andrew's consists of a spirited traditional Lutheran liturgy.
We use music from the Lutheran Book of Worship, With One Voice and
Evangelical Lutheran Worship.
We celebrate the sacrament of Holy Communion weekly. We believe and teach that this blessed sacrament was,
in Martin Luther's words,"instituted by Christ himself, it is the true body and blood of our Lord Jesus Christ,
under the bread and wine, given to us Christians to eat and drink."
By sharing this meal of our Lord's body and blood, God's baptized children receive forgiveness of sin, life and salvation.
All baptized Christians are welcome to commune at St. Andrew's. If you have questions about Holy Communion or about Holy Baptism,
please speak with Pastor Joshua.

Children are welcome in worship, we are happy to hear their sounds, and we really don't mind if they need to
run around a bit! If they need more running space you can take them out in the narthex where the speakers are on.
There are "Worship Bags" that include a book and some small figures kids can play with. Ask the usher for these and for
any other help you may need. Sunday School takes place during the sermon.
Please give us a chance to meet you and join us for refreshments and conversation in
Nolte Hall after worship. If you are visiting, please sign the guest book at the end of the service.
